Pierre Jarawan is an award-winning slam poet, novelist, and stage writer. His first novel, "The Storyteller," was released on the US on April 2, 2019. WHRB reporter Joyce Lu managed to catch him before an event at Porter Square Books to chat about being the child of immigrants, staying in touch with one's cultural heritage, and becoming a writer.
